This John Smith left me several voicemails telling me to have my attorney return his call. I called him and he proceeded to tell me I was being sued. He was pushy rude and vulgar when I pressed him for information. He threatened me with filthy comments about what would be done to me if I was jailed so I had better settle with him. This man is creepy and shouldn't be aloud to breath. I was scared at first but then I called my Step Father who is a cop and he did some investigating about this number etc. and found this to be a big scam. My stepfather has been trying to call John Smith but the number isn't working. Bottom line-This guy is fake and we have reported him to the FBI and FTC. I'm not taking this crap anymore.

Called asked if anyone in the family was employed by companies involved in digging ro excavation equipment. No way, Jose-- but there is a family with the same surname on the internet who supposedly was involved in oil leasing-- and no doubt, way, way off shore drilling! Hope these folks soon dig-up the Feds!

Called, and when I answered and said "hello," the woman asked if Barbara was home; I said, "this is her" and then I heard nothing. silence. quiet for 5 seconds until I said, "hello, hellooooo" ...then I hung up 10 seconds into the call.

These calls originate from Seattle's AFL CIO. they call union members to tell them who to vote for.

They broke the law. I returned a call and they didnt ask who I was. They gave the MRD-which is required on all calls when you speak to a live person and calls are recorded. They said the MMDC-which is only said to the indebted consumer or Right Party Contact. I advised the bill was already paid yesterday & to check their records. I hung up. I called back and spoke to a supervisor named Rochelle and she said they were a 3rd party collection agency and she would call me back at 9:15pm. I informed her it was against FDCPA to call outside of 8am till 9pm consumer time. She said no-well yes. She called me back and said it is not against company policy to just speak to anybody who returns a call to a number they called. I explained its against FDCPA to disclose information without knowing who you talked to and I would forward this matter to my attorney.

they call, get my answering machine. thet dont say anything, but what sounds like a busy signal fill my answering machine up!! Cant stop it until its finished!!!

The original debtor told me that the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB Are trying to prosecute this Fraudlent company but they keep changing their phone number. They will get them eventually, Do NOT send any money to them!

i received a call and when i tried to find out who called it sound it like the phone was picked up and hanged up right away
